is fully licensed and insured, and my goal is to provide a memorable fishing experience at an affordable price.

I'm now docked and running out of The Island  Tiki bar and restaurant, located at mile marker 54, Bayside.  Enjoy a cold drink as soon as we hit the dock, and stayfor  a beautiful sunset over the water as I clean your catch.  The restaurant will also cook your catch right off the boat!

The Captain

A Native of Massachusetts, I grew up commercial fishing on Cape Cod.  Since I was able to walk, my father had me out on the boat fishing for striped bass, which I continue to do commercially and recreationally.  As I grew older I became more and more involved with fishing for Giant Bluefin tuna (pics) which remains my true passion.

When not fishing up north, I made yearly fishing trips to Marathon with my family and later with friends.  When I finally decided to make the move from frigid Massachusetts to balmy Florida, Marathon was an easy choice.  I've spent the last five years learning the waters around Marathon and applying what I already know to become a guide here in the keys.
